The products purchased are for personal use or to be given as a gift only, and they may not be resold or used for commercial purposes or any other commercial gain. HautPeel reserves the right to impose quantity limits on specific items shipped to one customer or address.

2. Product Orders

The products available on the website, including any samples or gifts with purchases, are for personal use or gifts only. You may not sell or resell any purchased products.

There may be slight differences in the external design of the product (the packaging or box) received by the customer compared to the image shown on HautPeel's website due to the release of newer packaging designs. However, this does not mean the product content differs.

The products offered for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable to provide a specific product, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order in full.

You agree that we may use the personal information you provide for necessary anti-fraud verification processes.

After completing your order, you will receive a thank-you message via text, and a detailed email with your order information will be sent to you.

3. Pricing and Payment Policy

Prices include the Value-Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order, and any changes to the applicable VAT rate will automatically reflect in the product prices offered for sale by HautPeel on its website.

Prices include VAT applicable on the day of your order, and any changes in the applicable VAT rate will automatically reflect in the prices of products sold by HautPeel via its website.

4. Delivery

Shipping within Saudi Arabia:

HautPeel handles product deliveries within Saudi Arabia, with delivery times specified during order completion, starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your location.

Please note that there may be delivery delays during promotional periods and sales seasons.

Shipping fees are added to the total order amount, but they may vary and could be waived depending on ongoing promotions.

Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

HautPeel collaborates with SMSA, and the shipping responsibility transfers to the shipping company once the order leaves HautPeel.

Shipping Outside of Saudi Arabia:

Currently, international shipping services are not offered. Delivery is only available within Saudi Arabia.

5. Cancellation Policy

The customer cannot cancel the order if it has been shipped. However, if the order has not been shipped, the customer may cancel it by contacting us via the email or phone number provided below.

6. Your Rights

Personal Account Data:

Customers have the right to delete or deactivate their account with HautPeel at any time.

A customer can delete their HautPeel account if there is no shared data between HautPeel and the customer, such as previous orders. If shared data exists, the customer can deactivate their HautPeel account.

7. Wallet Balance

- This is a monetary balance assigned to the customer, which can be fully utilized for future purchases.

- If a damaged product is received, the customer will be compensated with an amount in their wallet equal to the damage incurred after contacting customer service.

- You can acquire balance through gifts or HautPeel's offers.

- Compensation and gift balances have no expiration, while balances from HautPeel's offers are time-bound according to the current promotion's duration.

- When a customer completes an order, the full wallet balance is immediately deducted from any order, and the remaining amount is paid by the customer using one of the available payment methods (Visa, Apple Pay, Tabby).
